Q: where do you deliver to?
A: We deliver anywhere in Australia free!
Q: If I forget my password?
A: Just click on “forgot password?” in Login section. Simply send us a request with your e-mail
address you use for BidBargains. You will immediately receive your password.
Q: How do I change my user name?
A: Unfortunately your user name be changed. When registering, please be careful not to select a
username that could cause offense or abuse the rights of a third party. If you notice such a
username, please contact our customer service at BidBargains.
Q: How do I deregister?
A: Please send us an e-mail to BidBargains also add a short explanation why you wish to close
your account.
Q: I have placed a bid but I am not the highest bidder, why?
A: When a bid is placed, it will always be at the highest bid, although it might get out-bidded very
quickly. This can happen if there are many users bidding on the same auction. You might not
see this simply because other bids have been placed within a few seconds – sometimes within
the same second! Don’t give up, place another bid!
Q: How secure are your payment methods?
A: Personal integrity and safety is paramount for us. We use high-security encoding (SSL) to
protect your payment details when processing all online payments. Therefore we consider our
payment methods very secure by using paypal.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Please log in, go to “My Account> My data” and select the option “Change password”.
Q: Can I take a bid back if I changed my mind?
A: No. Bids already placed cannot be taken back.
Q: Can I bid on the same product several times?
A: You can bid on the same product as many times as you wish.
Q: I have sent a bid by text message but I have not received my answer. Has the fee still
been charged?
A: When your text message has been registered, a reply message is automatically sent back to
you that you receive in a few seconds. If the reply message is delayed, it is probably due to
technical problems or delays caused by the mobile phone operator. T he bidding fee is charged
when the reply message reaches your phone. If you discover delays in text message traffic,
you might ask your mobile operator about it.
Q: Can I take part in the bidding with a secret mobile phone number?
A: Yes! When you win, you will need to register your details but we will not reveal your phone
number.
Q: Can I take part in the bidding with a foreign mobile phone number?
A: No, only national mobile phones will work.
Q: Are there any spending limits?
A: No, you can buy as many bids as you wish. The only limitations that might apply are limitations
set by your bank, credit card company or mobile operator.
Q: Are you the provider or manufacturer of the products auctioned?
A: BidBargains is a reseller and works directly with partners who offer not only brand new, but
best brands. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the products.
